Vtrenz Reports Strong Growth in 2006
Fargo, ND - January 31, 2007 – Vtrenz, Inc, a Fargo-based developer of on-demand marketing automation solutions, today, reported strong growth for fiscal year 2006, which ended December 31, 2006. Announcing its ninth consecutive quarter of revenue growth, the privately held company reported year-over-year revenue growth of 140%, tripled the number of value added reselling partners, doubled the number of marketing service provider partners and increased the number of end users by 180% over 2005.
Serving partners and customers both locally and around the world, new customer acquisitions in 2006 included The Nielsen Company, Fortify Software, and Caliper. Renewal contracts from early adopter customers such as DakTech Computers, AnyCollege.com, Fargodome and DMS Health Group also contributed to growth, with 108% revenue growth from customers signing on for second or third year contracts.
CEO and President, William Schnabel, attributes Vtrenz’ continued success in adding and retaining customers to four primary factors:
- Vtrenz’ innovative and results focused product offering, iMarketing Automation, providing marketing professionals with an integrated platform for planning, managing, executing, automating and analyzing marketing;
- tight integration options with sales force automation and CRM software platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce.com;
- a cost effective software-as-a-service delivery model, making deployment easy and cost-effective for small and mid-sized businesses; and
- proven leadership in marketing best practices and thought leadership delivered by highly experienced, passionate and knowledgeable team members.
While a growing percentage of Vtrenz funding has come from outside of the region, local investors have played an important part in the start-up and growth of the company. Fargo investor and Vtrenz Chairman of Board, Paul Horn commented, “Supporting high-tech new business ventures such as Vtrenz is an important strategy for driving long-term economic growth in Fargo-Moorhead.
